Edward McLean Kilpatrick of Alexandra, Murrindindi Shire County, VIC Australia was born in 1861 in Merton to Edward Kilpatrick and Anne Mary Palmer. He had siblings Emily Jean Kilpatrick, Emily Jane Kilpatrick, John Bon Kilpatrick, and William George Kilpatrick. He married Mary Ann Knight in 1889, and had children Olive Kilpatrick, Edward Kilpatrick, Emily Florence Kilpatrick, Phyllis Myrtle Kilpatrick, Madge Kilpatrick, and Catherine Mary Kilpatrick. Edward Kilpatrick died at age 59 years old in 1920 in Alexandra.
