Effie Louisa (Kensley) Kensley of Elsternwick, City of Glen Eira County, VIC Australia was born on May 17, 1897 in Miners Rest, City of Ballarat County to James Patrick Kensley and Jane Donne Kensley. She had siblings Martin John Kensley, Annie Mary Kensley, Charles Kensley, Ellen Alma Kensley, Catherine Isabel Kensley, Andrew Charles Kensley, Thomas William Kensley, James Patrick Kensley, John Martin Kensley, and Andrew Charles Kensley. Effie Kensley married John George Freeland in 1921, and died at age 92 years old on November 7, 1989 in Elsternwick, City of Glen Eira County.
