Eileen Mary (Gillies) Dalton of Northcote, City of Darebin County, VIC Australia was born in 1892 in Noorat to Malcolm Gillies and Mary Ann (Brennan) Gillies. She had siblings Elizabeth Frances (Gillies) Blackney, George Albert Gillies, Thomas Joseph Gillies, Ethel Jane (Gillies) Gore, and John James Gillies. She married Joseph Simon Dalton, and had children Francis Patrick Dalton, Johanna Ellen Dalton, and Bernard Joseph Dalton. Eileen Dalton died at age 68 years old on December 26, 1961 in Northcote.
