She had siblings Alice May Bailey, Arthur Bailey, Ethel Bailey, Mary Edith Bailey, Winifred Olive Bailey, Henry Bailey, and Thomas William Bailey. Eleanor Bell died at age 73 years old in 1951 in Fitzroy.
