Eleanor (Jane) Westgarth Hutchings of 44 Bromley Common, in Bromley, Kent County was born on June 10, 1869 in London, Greater London County, England United Kingdom to Isabella (White) Westgarth. She had a sister Grace Westgarth. She was in a relationship with Frederick Hutchings, and had children Sydney Hutchings, Arthur Hutchings, Douglas Hutchings, Grace Charlotte Eleanor Hutchings, and Ruth Hutchings.
