Elizabeth Carol (Surmack) Breyer was born on March 24, 1939 in Lansdale, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania United States to Peter Frederick Surmack and Louise Laura Simons, and has siblings Margaret Eleanor Wierman, Winifred Abigail Hallman, Constance Angela Stachelek, and Virginia Louise Williams. She married Laverne Richard Breyer in 1961 in Green Lane, Montgomery County, and they were married until Laverne's death on August 21, 2004 in East Greenville. Elizabeth Breyer has children Terry Lee Breyer, Bradley Richard Breyer, and Kevin Timothy Breyer.
