She married Gaetano DiStafano on October 21, 1956, and had children Guy DiStefano, Steven DiStefano, and Josephine Anne. Elizabeth DiStafano died at age 77 years old on October 19, 2012 in Cherry Hill, Camden County, NJ, and was buried at Locustwood Cemetery NJ-70, in Cherry Hill.

    The following obituary appeared in the Courier-Post on October 20, 2012: Elizabeth DiStafano AGE: 77 • Cherry Hill Went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on October 19, 2012. Loving wife of the late Gaetano "Guy" DiStafano. Dear mother of Guy (Christina), Steven and Jodi. Also surviving are her 6 grandchildren. Relatives and friends of the family will meet for her viewing and funeral on Tuesday morning from 9:30am to 10:30am at Kingsway Church, 2701 W. Chapel Ave., Cherry Hill, NJ. 08002. Funeral services Tuesday at 10:30am. Interment Locustwood Memorial Park, Cherry Hill, NJ. Arrangements by BOCCO FUNERAL HOME, Cherry Hill.
