She was married to Leopoldo Vincenzo Simone on February 2, 1879 in Giano Vetusto, Province of Caserta County, and they were together until Leopoldo's death. She had children Emilia (Simone) Gallina, Maria (Simone) Magnera, Giovannina (Simone) Ventrillo, Rosalia (Simone) Di Filippo, Giuseppe Simone, Luigi Simone, Margherita Clorinda (Simone) Bonacci, Raffaele Simone, Antonietta (Simone) Pietrocini, and Concetta (Simone) Zarone. Eloisa Simone died at age 76 years old in 1939.
