ROBERTSON.--A tribute of love to the memory
of my dear fiance, Bombardier W. G. Robertson:
(Will), 6th Field Artillery, died of gunshot
wounds in the back at 20th Clearing Station,
November 3, 1917, late of Benalla.
Loved by all who knew him.
I pictured your safe returning,
And longed to clasp your hand,
But God has postponed our meeting, Will;
It will be in a better land.
