    Elva Beatrice Pellegrini was born to Stanislao Ercole "Harry" Pellegrini (1883 - 1960) and Maria "Mary" Clara Artese (1884 - 1983). Both parents were born in Italy. She had siblings Anna M., Anthony, and Edythe Pellegrini. Elva Beatrice “Bea” Pellegrini married Edward Francis Bugey (1911 - 1986) in 1934, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mrs. Bugey was a member of BVM Darby and St. George's Church in Glenolden. She loved playing bingo and visiting casinos in Atlantic City. She was a Phillies and Eagles fan. She was the widow of Edward Bugey and the mother of the late Richard Bugey. Survivors: Daughter, Carol Campbell of Baltimore; granddaughter whom she reared, Debbie Swaygim of Bootheyn, upper Chichester; three grandchildren. Mass: 10 a.m. Saturday, March 21, St. George's Church, 22 E. Cooke Ave., Glenolden Burial: Ss. Peter and Paul Cemtery, Marple.
