Dearest Em, we both know the kids and I miss you and think of you often. I can't explain how this very page showed up in an unrelated search today. I immediately looked up from my screen at the small teddy bear you gave me a few months before you went on to that higher road.
All the years have not diminished my love for you, or for the friendship and kindness you bestowed us.
I am so sorry this page was neglected, but no longer. I miss our laughs, and I miss times around the kitchen table, talking about life's hurts, it's triumphs, it's ups, downs. Talks about art, theater, drama, travels and kids.
I remember your weekly treat to yourself, a glass of Sangria. I will always remember your smile, and how your eyes could light up the room. Always full of wisdom, but always first with the jokes.
Your love and dedication to Jean was something most of us can only dream of.
I love you Em, and thank you for letting me find you again today. Always in my heart.
