Emma (Verlin) Laby 1885 - 1976

Emma (Verlin) Laby was born in 1885 in Guildford, VIC Australia to James Blake Verlin and Elizabeth Susannah (Marshall) Verlin, and had siblings Ruby Verlin, Catherine "Kitty" (Verlin) Dunstan, Annie Victoria (Verlin) Stapleton, Maria Rae (Verlin) Cogan, Cyril Martin Stanley Verlin, Margaret Elizabeth (Verlin) Pascoe, James Alfred Blake Verlin Jnr, John Verlin, and David Verlin. She was in a relationship with William Thomas Laby, and had children Verlin Foster Laby, William Russell Laby, and Shirley Wilma (Laby) Cameron. Emma Laby died at age 90 years old on April 24, 1976 in Castlemaine, and was buried at Newstead Cemetery in Green Gully, Mount Alexander Shire County.
