Enrica “Rita” Innamorato was my great aunt. She was my father’s aunt. Aunt Rita was married to Vincenzo Innamorato. She was more my grandmother than a great aunt to me and my siblings. She was an incredible cook and enjoyed cooking exceptional banquet meals at the holidays! She was born in a small town in Italy called, Colli A Volturno. She migrated to the USA in the early 1900’s with her husband and were owners of grocery stores in Providence Rhode Island and Philadelphia, PA. She was loved by our family and her friends. She and her husband never had children and loved us as we were her own! Truly missed and loved forever!
