My Father worked all his life as a watchmaker/Jeweller. (13/07/1917-03/10/1975) @ The Royal Melbourne Hospital after suffering a cardiac arrest between surgeries for heart bi-pass.
My Mother Ethel Mary Arnold (nee McDonald)
(05/12/1914-25/08/2013) were married in Deepdene, Melbourne on the 20th April, 1940
They had 1 child that was stillborn. I followed approx 10 years later (adopted) My Father had an older Sister Lorna Myrtle (known as Myrtle).
and a younger brother Vernon Harcourt Arnold (9/06/1927-10/11/1947) .drowned in the Murray River, at Mildura on the 10th November, 1947 aged 20 yrs 7 mths. Then he lost his sister. His Father Harry Redfearn Arnold (19/02/1893) died on 23rd Jume, 1953 at HR Hospital, aged 60.
