Etta C. Wakefield M.d. was born on August 2, 1874 in Oakland, Alameda County, California United States to Mary R. Warren and Leland Howard Wakefield, and had siblings Leland Warren Wakefield, William Howard Wakefield, Lily Wakefield, Rose Wakefield, Violet Wakefield, and Leland Henry Wakefield. She married Andrew McLellan Wolfenden, and had children Leland Edward Wolfenden and Helen Wolfenden. Etta Wakefield died at age 72 years old on November 21, 1946 in Berkeley, and was buried on December 6, 1946 at Mountain View Cemetery in Oakland.
