He and Berta B. (Breiter) Chelini married on April 21, 1976 in Tarrant County. He and Mary L. (Sumrall) Chelini married on January 17, 1982 in Tarrant County. Eugene Chelini died at age 60 years old on April 13, 1987 in Fort Worth, Tarrant County, TX, and was buried at Laurel Land Memorial Park, in Fort Worth.

    Eugene Vincent Chelini was born to Elia Chelini (1891 - 1946) and Jeannette E. "Jennie" Rees (1894 - 1956). His father was born in Washington, D.C., as was his mother. He had one half-brother. Eugene Chelini married Florence Eleanor Flint (1929 - 2013) with whom he had a son and a daughter. They divorced in May of 1959. Eugene also married Mildred L. Russell on December 12, 1970 in Wichita, Texas and Cleo G. Beard, who he married on March 16, 1974. They divorced on March 18, 1976, having had no children. Furthermore, Eugene married Berta B.
