Eva May (Morris) McFeeters was born in 1880 to George Morris and Annie Thompson. She was in a relationship with Andrew Wilson McFeeters, and had children Arthur McFeeters, Percy Morris McFeeters, David William McFeeters, William McFeeters, and Winnie Johnson. Eva McFeeters died at age 47 years old on July 22, 1928 at Royal Melbourne Hospital in VIC Australia, and was buried at St Kilda Cemetery Dandenong Rd, in St Kilda East, Port Phillip City County.

  • Introduction

    The Box Hill Reporter, Victoria. Fri 27th July 1928. FATAL ACCIDENT. Mrs. Eva McFeeters, aged 50 years, of Clifton street, Richmond, died at the Melbourne Hospital on Monday as a result of an accident in Balwyn road, Balwyn, on Sunday afternoon. Mrs. McFeeters was an occupant of a sidecar attached to a motorcycle ridden by her son-in-law, Mr. H. Johnson, of Alhambra road, Camberwell, when the cycle skidded, and crashed into a fence, against which she was thrown heavily, her head coming into violent contact with a post. Mr. Johnson was against some barbed wire. Both were taken to the Melbourne Hospital, where Mr. Johnson was discharged after treatment, but Mrs. McFeeters was admitted in a serious condition, suffering from a fractured skull.

McFEETERS.- On the 22nd July, Eva May, late of Beechworth, result of an accident, dearly beloved wife of Andrew, also loving mother of Winnie ( Mrs. Johnson ), Arthur, Percy, Dave, grandmother of Eva, Maurice, Nancy, and loving sister of George, Morris, Polly ( deceased ), Carrie ( deceased ), Will, Jim ( deceased ), Tena, Sam, Alice, Emily ( deceased ), Clara and Frank. Aged 48 years. At rest.
