    Ferdinand A DiLuciano was born on July 5, 1924 in Uniontown, PA to parents Dominco DiLuciano (1896-1960) and Candita Tardio (1901-1974). He resided in Lorain, Lorain, Ohio, and registered for the WWII draft on December 11, 1942. He was 18 years old at the time of registration and had a height of 5'10 1/2" and weighed 142 pounds. Ferdinand then enlisted in the military on April 19, 1943, in Cleveland, Ohio. He joined the Army and was assigned no branch at the time of his enlistment. He entered as a Private, Selectee (enlisted men) He was married to Frances DiLuciano (1928-2020) and they had three daughters, their oldest being Denise DiLuciano Bozich (1949-2004).

Loggans- Di Luciano Wedding Solemnized
Wedding announcement of Ferdinand and Frances Diluciano's daughter:

LORAIN, Ohio - Lynette Marie DiLuciano and Earl Thomas Loggans were married April 17 in Church of St. Peter. Father Kosan officiated at the double-ring ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ferdinand DiLuciano, 3310 Pickett Road.

Mr. Loggans is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene D. Loggans, 619 Franklin St., Johnson City, Tenn. Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a floor-length gown of ivory silk organza over satin, featuring a chantilly lace bodice and long full sleeves accented with seed pearls..and lace appliques. Her cathedral train and long mantilla veil were edged with chantilly lace. She carried a nosegay of gardenias, pink roses and stephanotis Her dress was designed by a friend. She wore a gold-chain necklace belonging to her great-grandmother and traditionally worn by all brides in her family. She wore a sixpence in her shoe brought by her sister from England.

Denise Bozich, sister of the bride, attended as matron of honor. She wore a floor-I length gown of chiffon with cameo neckline and sh waist bodice. She carried pink rosebuds and baby's breath. Martha Loggans, sister of the bridegroom, Susan DiLuciano, cousin of the bride, and Patti DiLuciano, sister of the bride were bridesmaids. Janet DiLuciano, the bride's sister, served as junior bridesmaid. Jennifer Jones, cousin of the bride attended as flower girl. They were gowned identically to the honor attendant.

James Bozich brother-in-law of the bride, served as best man. Ushers were Keith Michael White, cousin of the bridegroom from Johnson City, and Dominie DiLuciano, brother of the bride.
