She had siblings Agnes Windridge Sherratt, Francis Stanley Windridge, and Charles Lawrance Windridge. She married Joseph Aloysius Keenan in 1920, and had children Sarah Josephine Florence Keenan and Henry Dean Keenan. Florence Keenan died at age 40 years old on June 27, 1937 in Echuca.
