She was married to Reinhold Rissmann in 1888, and had children Albert Rissmann, Edward Rissmann, Otto Victor Rissman, and Lilly Marie Rissmann. Frances Rissmann died at age 34 years old in 1900 in Horsham, Horsham Rural City County.
