    Frances was proceeded in death by her husband Patrick Neil Stroud on 05/09/2011 and her sister Cindy Lou. She is survived by her son, Paul Stroud; daughter, Amie (Tony) Reeves; grandson, Triston Brown; she is also survived by her mother Lula Belle Newman, her 5 brothers, Jean, Richard Charles, George, and Thomas; sisters Patty Ann Armstrong and Michelle Newman. Frances was taken far too soon and we will miss her. The family will receive friends from 1:30-2:30pm on Wednesday, April 22 with the funeral service to immediately follow. All services will be held at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery.
