Frances Marion (Bussell) Smith of Carlton, City of Melbourne County, VIC Australia was born in 1910 in Fitzroy North to Frances Alice (Pateman) Bussell and Walter Ainislie Bussell. She had siblings Isabelle Rachel Bussell, Flora Joyce Bussell, and Lorna Jean Bussell. Frances Smith married Harry Reginald Smith in 1941, and died at age 46 years old in January 1957 in Carlton.
