Francis Edward Wallace of Benalla Australia was born in 1879 in Benalla, Benalla Rural City County, VIC to Ellen Chivers Wallace and John Wallace. He had siblings Marian Jane Wallace, Howard Henry Wallace, Ellen Eliza (Wallace) Lighton, and Agnes (Wallace) Willcock. He married Mary Kathleen (Bamblett) Wallace in 1917, and had children Edward John Wallace, Alma Frances Wallace, Enid Mary Wallace, and Leonard Leslie Wallace. Francis Wallace died at age 60 years old on February 25, 1940 in Shepparton, Greater Shepparton City County.
