Francis (Frank) Joseph Clementi Jr. ,age 76,of Richboro ,Pennsylvania former President of the National Office Products Association, beloved Central Bucks School District Bus Driver and Father Judge Graduate (1965) passed peacefully, surrounded by family and loved ones on Good Friday, March 29,following a beautiful sunset. Frank was born on November 27,1947,to Francis and Elvira Clementi (nee DeRose) in Philadelphia, PA. He was one of four children: the late Vincent (Maria) Clementi, Carol Vagnoni, and the late Richard (Karen) Clementi. As a child, Frank spend his summers with family and friends at Melrose Country Club, where he mastered his golf stroke and his gin game. Frank learned what would become his livelihood working alongside his father and siblings at their family business, Sentore and Clementi, before becoming a national sales representative in the office supply industry. This career path allowed him to build lifelong relationships with his big personality and keen understanding of how to be a people person. It was his second career that brought him the most fulfillment as a special needs bus driver for the Central Bucks School District. Adoringly known as "Pop-Pop Frank", he poured his heart and soul into ensuring his 'kids' safety and well-being, often helping comfort them as they reluctantly left their homes to attend school or creating memorable, enriching field trip experiences. He decorated the bus for each season and was typically seen in the yard sporting his Eagles gear and face paint. We sometimes wondered if he was headed to the game for a tailgate or drive his 'kids' to school! When time allowed, he particularly enjoyed picking up a shift driving the CB West High School Band and various sports teams to their weekend competitions. Frank enjoyed watching not only his own family excel but also many others. Frank is survived by his loving wife Patricia (nee Medernach) to whom he was married on May 2,1991. Frank and Patricia spent their early years traveling to sunny destinations and creating a beautiful home where they would host friends and family for holidays and celebrations, large and small. Family was everything to Frank, and he would sit back and revel with tears in his eyes at how lucky he was to be surrounded by love. Christmas Eve was the most magical time at their home. Everyone would gather to ooh and aah at the thousands of lights that adorned their roofline and celebrate the season. Frank is also survived by his three daughters, Nicole Cucinotta, Claudia Packalian, and Sara Rose (Dominick) Pirela, whom he loved fiercely. Each of Frank's daughters carried his spunk, work ethic and passion for family-along with his love of lounging by the pool in the summer sun with a game on and, of course, burgers on the grill. Frank is additionally survived his former wife, Jo-Ann (Gentile), mother of his eldest daughters, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. Frank's four grandchildren were the light of his life-each having a unique relationship with their Pop-Pop. Amelia kept him young with their daily-skin facials and adoring ways-convincing him to go on one last trip to Disney-to which he happily obligated. Jagger was his best bud and wingman throughout his seven years behind the wheel and formed friendships that would span the rest of his lifetime. His lifelong passion for golf was taken to a new level by watching his granddaughter Sophia on TV working on the US Open, where they would recount every putt on the 13th to the utmost detail, along with a wardrobe consult at the end of each day. His last several months were where he and his eldest granddaughter, Gianna truly became the closest-grabbing a bite on either side of his appointments downtown-and in his final days, she was making him laugh, making him comfortable and making sure he had dessert-between classes and clinical at Penn. He made special time to be with each of them-in his own adoring way. Frank is predeceased by his parents, Francis and Elvira Clementi, brothers Vincent Clementi and Richard Clementi, his Godson Anthony DiSalvio, Jr., and his son-in-law Dean Cucinotta. When not on the golf course with his late brother Richie, Tony D or his bus buddy Rob, you could find him any given Sunday watching The Birds, making meatballs and recounting his glory days at The Vet, when he would visit "Aunt" in South Philly for homemades. Frank's departure was a great loss to his family, friends and countless others who loved and respected him deeply. The family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, April 13,2024, from 9:15 A.M.-10:45 A.M. at The Campbell and Thomas Funeral Home,905 Second Street Pike, Richboro, PA 18954.
