He married Janice Louise (Newman) Stubert, and they were married until Frank's death in November 1975. Frank Stubert had children Michelle Louise (Stubert) Gamboa, Curtis DeWayne Stubert, Kimberly Renee (Stubert) Ryines, Keith DeWayne Stubert, and Jeremy Allen Stubert.
