Violent Death Strikes A Third Time In Family
Frank F. Julian, 33, Fatally Injured Yesterday, Latest Victim to Die Accidentally.

In 1933 His Father Was Burned to Death and in 1930 a Brother Met His Fate in the Same Manner.
The third violent death in the Martin Julian family in the past seven years occurred this morning when Frank P Julian, 33 of route 4, about four miles west of the city, died from internal injuries received late yesterday afternoon when he was breaking a colt for Carl Killon on the Killion farm a short distance west of the Julian home.
Falls on Him
The colt pitched backward and fell with his entire weight on Mr Julian. Alfred and William Thurston, who were nearby, ran to Mr Julian's assistance and helped in taking him home where Dr. C.F. Young was summoned. He died at 6:30, thhis morning.
On December 19, 1933, Martin Julian, the father, was burned to death in his home on Steen Street. April 21, 1930, William Julian, a brother, was burned, in his farm home seven miles southwest of the city.
Frank Julian was born in Galena, Kas., May 19, 1901. He was married to Stella Shrakes at Girard, KS. She survives him. He also is survived by one son, Martin, and five daughters, Celia, Dorothy, Delores, Ida and Opal, all at home. Two children are deceased.
There are also one sister, Cecilia Fitzgerald, of La Cygne, and a half brother, Earl Flowers, of Ft Scott. Mary Anderson of route 2 is an aunt.
The body will be at the Cheney chapel from tomorrow noon until the hour of the funeral, which will probably be Friday, although a definite announcement will be made tomorrow.
