Frank H Ruttman 1931 - 2006

Frank H Ruttman of Freeport, Stephenson County, IL was born on February 12, 1931. He married Jan. Ruttman and they later divorced. They had a child Michael Ruttman. He would also marry Mary Ruth Maceula, and they were married until Mary's death. They had children Douglas C. Ruttman, Tony Ruttman, Kelly P. Ruttman, and Victor Scott Ruttman. Frank Ruttman died at age 75 years old on November 11, 2006 at FHN Memorial Hospital 1045 W Stephenson St, in Freeport.
