Hi Richard! I did some research and found that Frank married Mildred Amy Peterson and the couple had three children but only one survived.

Their children were Gary Eugene Hurd (March 18, 1938- June 16, 1938), Betty Lou Hurd (Jan 24, 1941- Jan 29, 1955), and an unnamed baby boy (Nov 15, 1942-Nov 15, 1942).
