Franklin Strauss Waite of Cumberland, Wisconsin United States was born on September 28, 1876 in Henry County, IL, and had a brother Arthur Waite. He married Carolyne Waite, and they were married until Carolyne's death in 1938. They had children Dudley Waite and Julie Ann Waite. He would also marry Jeanett Davis in 1940, and they were married until Franklin's death on January 15, 1949.
