Frederick Harold Hutt is the son of Frederick Joseph Hutt and Elizabeth W Kraemer. His mother Elizabeth was born on May 19, 1896 in Peoria, IL and lived there for most of her life. She passed away in East Peoria, IL on June 24, 1992. His father Frederick was born on June 3, 1890 in Peoria, IL and also lived there for most of his life. He passed away on November 13, 1969 in East Peoria, IL.

Frederick was one of four children in his family with siblings including Betty Hutt (1917-1988) and John F "Jack" Hutt (1920-2008). He was a high school graduate of East Peoria High School. There he played on the football team and was inducted to the Greater Peoria Sports Hall of Fame as a member of the 1938 and 1940 East Peoria High School football teams. He later completed at least two years of college.

Frederick Harold "Fritz" Hutt, 91, died Tuesday, March 24, 2015, at Rosewood Care Center in East Peoria. He was born July 11, 1923, in Peoria, Ill., the son of Fred and Elizabeth (Kraemer) Hutt. He married Margaret Johnson on Dec. 4, 1948, in East Peoria. She survives of East Peoria. Also surviving are his children, Gail (Randy) Long, Janet (Dave) Boeker, and Steve (Dolores) Hutt; and his sister, Nancy (Dick) Salzer. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Jack Hutt, and his sister, Betty Buehler. Fritz was inducted to the Greater Peoria Sports Hall of Fame as a member of the 1938 and 1940 East Peoria High School football teams. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, serving in the Pacific Theater. He owned his own business in East Peoria before going into sales.
