    The Age. Melbourne. 28th April 1959. MORWELL. Monday. - Morwell shire councillor and South riding representative, Cr. Frederick Victor Primrose, died suddenly at his home at Boolarra early this morning. The late Cr. Primrose, aged 65, had been a Morwell councillor since 1946. He leaves a wife and son. The funeral will take place on Tuesday from the Boolarra Presbyterian Church, of which he was a leading member.
