Frederick Walter Evens of Indi Australia was born on June 19, 1860 in Indigo Council County, Vic to William Evans and Catherine Ward Evans. He had siblings William Henry Evans, Francis Evenes, Catherine Evens, Catherine Evans, and Ellen Fallon. He was in a relationship with Mary Elizabeth (Keefe) Evens beginning 1885 in Bathurst Regional Council County, New South Wales, and they were together until Mary's death on February 19, 1922. He had children Florence E (Evens) Barrett, William Thomas Evens, and Annie (Evens) Wells. Frederick Evens died at age 88 years old on December 24, 1948 in Summer Hill, Inner West Council County, NSW.
