Frédéric Albert Bérand was born on September 30, 1859 to Adeline (Foisy) Bérand and Michel Bérand, and had a brother Joseph Bérand. He married Marie Louise Bérand (Née Janelle). He would also marry Delia (Bonhomme) Bérand. He would also marry Marie Emma Bérand (Née Chevalier). He would also marry Adèle (Allaire) Bérand, and they had a child Valeda (Bérand) Drolet. Frédéric Bérand died at age 78 years old on July 12, 1938.
