50 yrs. friend, mentor
A man of high intellect and experience. In Veit Nam as military legal. Served 10 yr. afterwards as Jesuit monk. Became an attorney afterward. I met him in 1981 thru a customer and friend of mine. In 1983 he negotiated the contract with southwestern bell mobile systems for a resale agreement. That contract was used by all Resalers system wide. In my troubled life and business, I went to Gary for advice and relief from my fears both real and imagined. He was a great winemaker which he learned as a monk. He was a tough domino player on our Friday night challenges for years with my dear friend Bill Grimes. He was very active in his church and grew very close to Jesus as he went to Zambia many times to establish churches. Gary called last week in which he said 21 churches had been established and the Lord was moving with miracles and 1,900 souls have been saved! I celebrate his life and I will miss him. Godspeed my Friend.
