  • Introduction

    George was 6'2" and weighed only 98 lbs. He married Elizabeth Parish in 1955. He adopted her son Jimmy, and later they adopted a daughter in Georgia around 1972. George was a chef in the United States Air Force for 22 yrs. After retirement, he worked with the YMCA as a chef at summer camps. He was a proud grandfather and helped raise 2 of his granddaughters, amber and whitney. He loved to cook for them. He loved his animals, dogs, as well. He was an avid fisherman too. He developed lung cancer due to exposure of agent orange in the military. He suffered for 6 years with lung cancer before passing in aug. 1998 at home.
