George James Piggott 1852 - 1909

George James Piggott of Goornong, Greater Bendigo City County, VIC Australia was born in 1852 in Williamstown, City of Hobsons Bay County to Jane Margaret (Leader) Piggott and James Piggott. He had siblings Mary Jane (Piggott) Piggott, Sarah Elizabeth (Piggott) Sanders, Susannah (Piggott) Knight, Emma Ann Piggott, and Martha Piggott. He married Elizabeth Hepworth Piggott in 1872, and had children Sarah Piggott, Susan Martha Witt, Samuel James Piggott, George Piggott, John James Piggott, May Piggott, and May Tuddenham. George Piggott died at age 56 years old on November 24, 1909 in Goornong, Greater Bendigo City County.
