    George was in The 9th Queen's Royal Lancers when he married 1935. He was a Lance Corporal 1939 and reported missing 21/06/1943. On 06/08/1944 he was a POW Camp 54 Passo Corese Fara, Sabina Italy. He was moved to Stalag Vlla Moosburg, Bavaria until liberation 1945.
