George J. Prevoznak was born on May 21st, 1926 in Homestead, Pennsylvania to Julius and Catherine Provoznak. Both of his parents were born in Austria. He had seven siblings Helen, Stephen, Frank, Rosemary, Alice, Dorothy and Paul Prevoznak. George married Beatrice Marchesano (1924 - 2008), a first generation Italian-American born to Italian immigrant parents, on September 10th, 1953 in Mahoning, Ohio. George and Beatrice had two sons, one of whom was David Michael Prevoznak (1962 - 2012). He died on August 9th, 1982 in Youngstown, Ohio at the age of 86.
