George William Burns of Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon was born on February 23, 1902 in Jamieson Australia to Mary Jane (Dellar) Burns and George Paul Burns. He had siblings Esmond Alexandria Burns, Frederick Stanley Paul Burns, Stella May Marguerit Burns, Roderic Cedric Burns, Stella May Margaret Burns, and Clarence Henry Burns. George Burns died at age 70 years old on October 4, 1972 in Box Hill, and was buried at Willamette National Cemetery Section M Site 1816 11800 Se Mt. Scott Boulevard, in Portland.
