George William Leake was born in June 1867 in Irondequoit, Monroe County, New York United States to Andrew Jackson Leake and Mary Seib, and had siblings Clara M. Leake, Ida Leake, Walter Jay Leake, and Mortimer D. Leake. He married Theresa Kosthe, and had children Earl S. Leake, Orlo Leake, Claude Ellis Leake, Adelbert Daniel Leake, Carl Leake, Ellen Theresa Leake, and Glenn E. Leake. George Leake died at age 65 years old circa 1932 in Irondequoit.
