My name is Jack Kenney, I am 70 years old last April. I should have said this a long time ago. I knew Gerard when we both lived in Prospect Towers Brooklyn back in the late 1960's. Gerard had a very nice family, I met his parents and siblings back then, they are all very nice people. I suppose I became one of the family. I know his mom could cook great, so I had a lot of meals at his family dinners. My parents and I moved out of Prospect Towers June 1970 to upstate NY where my parents bought a house and had a bit of land. I use to take his father and Gerard, who use to hunt and we all had good times. Gerard's family moved out of Prospect Towers and I would visit until about 1976. I joined the US Navy, met my wife there and the rest is history. I thought Gerard was good chappy , but when I left I lost track of the whole family. Gerard use to tease his niece Nancy, who I thought she was a very beautiful and lovely lass. I think she lives with her mom, who I also thought was an extremely lovely lady. After so many years I was not sure if I should try to find them, but I do miss Gerard, Nancy and Joyce. I heard he got married and lived his life the way he wanted too. Yes, Gerard past away very young and I pray God will take care of him and also his mom and dad, who also passed away.
