    Birth: Mar. 20, 1922 Death: Oct. 5, 2012 Gertrude M. Lent, 90 years old, a resident of Beacon and formerly of Peekskill, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 5, 2012 at Wingate at Beacon. She was born March 20, 1922 and was the daughter of the late Fredrick and Mildred Lonsberry Cunningham. Gertrude had been employed as a seamstress and had also worked at Nan's Flower Shop in Peekskill. She was the wife of the late Leroy Lent, Sr., who died in October, 1990. She is survived by a daughter, Judith Cerrato and her husband, Anthony, Sr., of Matthews, North Carolina; her grandchildren, Anthony J. Cerrato, Jr. and his wife, Renay, of Hopewell Junction; Cynthia Milici and her husband, Richard, of Hopewell Junction and John Cerrato of Matthews, NC; her brother, Robert Cunningham of Hudson Falls, NY and seven great-grandchildren. Besides her husband, Gertrude was predeceased by a son, LeRoy Lent, Jr. in 2003; a great-granddaughter; three sisters and two brothers. Cremation was private at the discretion of the family. A Graveside Memorial Service will be held on Friday, October 12, 2012 at 10 a.m. at Hillside Cemetery, Peekskill, NY Arrangements are under the direction of the Robert H. Auchmoody Funeral Home, 1028 Main Street, Fishkill, NY.
