Gioia Ferrante S Morrison Begraft was the wife of Craig Douglas Begraft; they married on February 12, 1985, In Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, at Nightfalls, a family high-end elegant wedding we must say it was. They loved each other dearly until they ended, and he never lost contact with her; they had one daughter who sadly only lived two weeks. Craig and Gioia always stayed closer than many knew. Gioia is the adopted daughter of Helen and Conrad Ferrante; she was privately adopted at six months old. Her adoption was legalized, records were legally sealed when she was two years old, and she is the only biological daughter of the late musician James Douglas Morrison and her biological mother, Edie. Her late grandfather Victor Ferrante, a famous jewelry designer with whom he made kind jewelry for musicians and actors, introduced pearls to the Japanese to preserve them. He also started the Jewelry association with his friend, Victor. Gioia's biological mother, Eidie, also had pearls made for her and was carrying Gioia. This is how Conrad and Helen finally found a child to adopt. They divorced due to Craig's illness, and what happened to her also now is that in the late '190s, Craig asked Gioia to marry him again, which they planned until his untimely death on January 3, 1994. We know Craig never got over his wife, and we were told all this through her mother, Helen Ferrante, who told us all the information. We feel some aren't for the public other than Craig, who sadly took his life
