There will be no other like her. She had a hard life and helped raise all 11 brothers and 5 sister. She was the best of Grannie anyone could ever ask for. Kind giving all who knew her loved her all who met her never forgot her. She moved from Ky to In to live with her daughter my Mom Hazel Jean. She had 3 grand kids Teresa Lynn, David Wayne,( who passed just almost 3 months after her) and Tammy Rose me her baby. I will never ever forget her as long as I am living she was everything and never asked for anything. She seen days of hunger days of being cold and days of laying her only son to rest Jackie of Cancer at just 24.She was perfect in every way under the sun.....I love you Grandma I miss you Dearly every day your baby...Tam

Gladys was not born a Hurt she married into the Hurt Family. Gladys was Born a Wicker from Ky. I know this was my Grandmother.
