Glenn David Tissot was born on October 31, 1934 in Massillon, Stark County, Ohio United States. He was married to Lois Jean Tissot on October 20, 1956 in Massillon, Stark County, and they were together until Lois' death on April 22, 2013 in Massillon. He had children Victoria Lyn Schaer, Glenn Michael Tissot, and Scott Alexander Tissot.
