  • Introduction

    Greg was a loving son to Julia and Charles, a father to Josh, and a wonderful partner to David. He was an exceptional hair stylist. When it came to hair there was nothing he couldn't do. As well as doing hair he also was a fantastic cook. He had a great love for animals, any animal. He raised and showed horses in Alaska where he owned a salon in the Captain Cook Hotel. He then moved back to San Diego where I had the luck to be part of his life for 13 wonderfull years. Together we had Himalayan cats which he loved, his two dogs daisy and Shelby, and about 300 gallons of aquariums. At one hysterical point we also had about 200 Guinea pigs. Don't ask. Lol. He loved his family. We had a great life until Halloween 2002 when he came home ill. He then soon after in January 2003 passed. He will be missed by many and never forgotten.

In 1968, when he was 16 years old, on April 4th, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., the civil rights leader, was shot and killed by an assassin in Memphis. James Earl Ray was apprehended and plead guilty to shooting Dr. King. Ray died in jail in 1998.
