Gregory Paul Horness was born on April 22, 1960 at Iowa to Shirley R Horness and Duane L. Horness, and had siblings Sandy Horness, Pam Horness, and Steve Horness. He married Helen L. Manies in 1979 in El Paso County, Colorado United States, and they were married until Gregory's death on January 22, 1988 in Denver, Denver County United States. He had children Joe Strock, Dominique Horness, and Krystle L. Horness. Gregory Horness was buried at Ft. Logan National Cemetery Section V Site 1766 4400 West Kenyon Avenue, in Denver.
