Hannah Leek wed on May 4,1698 , most likely in East Hampton, N.Y. to Thomas Allen, b. Sept.27,1673 , maybe in N.Y., & d. Dec.3,1733 in Middletown, Ct. They had 3 children. Perhaps the most famous descendant of Hannah Leek and Thomas Allen is Ernest Hemingway ( 1899-1961) the famous writer who won a Nobel Prize for literature in 1954.
