He had siblings John Merrell Leek, Dorothy Leek, Idella Mae Leek, Mary Ella Leek, Mildred Leek, Leon Merritt Chamberlain Leek, Lillian Esther Leek, and Alice Iona Leek. He married Mary Elizabeth Smertz, and had children Marcia Louise Leek and Bonnie Elizabeth Leek. Harrold Leek died at age 71 years old in September 1982 in Margate City.
