He had children Keith Orvis Schwindt, Herbert Lewis Schwindt, Dale Lee Schwindt, and Connie Jean Schwindt. Connie Rumold was buried in Great Bend.

    Harry Conrad Schwindt Born: March 5, 1913 Died: March 12, 1991 OBITUARY - Great Bend Tribune Harry Conrad Schwindt, 78, 1217 Bradley, Died March 12, 1991, at Central Kansas Medical Center. Born March 5, 1913, in LaCrosse, he had been a resident of Great Bend for three years having moved from Ness County. He married Dorothea Pratt July 28, 1934, in LaCrosse. He was a retired farmer and stockman. Schwindt was a member of First Assembly of God Church and Men's Fellowship. Survivors include his wife of the home; three sons, Keith and Dale, both of Alexander, and Herbert of Lombard, Ill.; one daughter, Connie Brown of Fort Collins, Colo.; two brothers, Herman Schwindt of LaCrosse and Clarence Schwindt of Bazine; three sisters, Sarah Sucht of Dodge City, Esther Phillips of Nekoma and Clara Scott of Guymon, Okla.; 13 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday at the church with the Rev. Larry Thomas officiating. Burial will be at Great Bend Cemetery. Friends may call until 9 tonight and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday at Fryberger Mortuary and from 9-11 a.m. Friday at the church. Memorials are suggested to the church.
